Parmi eux, <strong>54 joueurs licenci\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;Oise<\/strong> \u00e9taient en lice, dont plusieurs pr\u00e9tendants au titre d\u00e9partemental.<\/p>\n<h2>Victoire de Bassam El Zein<\/h2>\n<p>Le Ma\u00eetre FIDE <strong>Zayne-Edinne El Zein<\/strong> visait un troisi\u00e8me succ\u00e8s cons\u00e9cutif dans l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve.
